A membership here replaces the day-to-day frustration of traditional care with direct access to your provider. Instead of billing your insurance for every visit, you pay one flat monthly amount and get real time, real answers, and a team that actually knows you.

You don't have to cancel your insurance or Medicare to join. Your membership covers your everyday care: sick visits, labs, preventative screenings, and questions. Your insurance stays in place for the big stuff, like a hospital stay or surgery. The two work together, so you end up more covered, not less.

Membership Pricing

  • Individual $100/month

  • Add spouse or partner in the same household +$50/month

  • Add each child in the same household (under 18) +$25/month

  • Pediatric-only membership $60/month

Prepay and save:

  • 5% discount for a prepaid 6-month membership (non-refundable)

  • 10% discount for a prepaid 1-year membership (non-refundable)

One-time enrollment fee: A $100 non-refundable enrollment fee applies to new memberships and covers scheduling, gathering medical records, chart review, and setup.

Not Ready to Join? Walk-In Pricing Is Available Too

You don't have to be a member to see us for a one-time visit, a physical, or a specialty service. Here's what non-members can expect to pay.

  • Office visit / telemedicine (non-member) $125

  • DOT physical $150

  • Sports physical $50

  • Therapeutic phlebotomy $200

  • IV therapy / hydration, first bag $150

  • IV therapy / hydration, each additional bag $75

  • Rapid flu, strep, mono, and RSV testing are also available for walk-in visits.

Membership FAQ

  • Membership is billed monthly, so you're never locked into a long-term contract unless you choose a prepaid plan for the discount. Prepaid 6-month and 1-year memberships offer savings but are non-refundable once purchased, so we always walk new members through the options before they commit.

  • The enrollment fee covers the behind-the-scenes work of onboarding you as a new patient, including gathering your medical records, reviewing your chart, and setting up your file so your first visit can focus on you instead of paperwork. This fee is waived entirely for business memberships.

  • Your membership covers your everyday primary and urgent care, but if you ever need a specialist, we help guide that referral and stay involved in your care rather than handing you off and disappearing. Your insurance would typically apply to specialist visits, hospital care, and other services outside of everyday primary care.

  • Yes. Life changes, and your membership can change with it. If you have a new baby, a spouse who needs to be added, or a child aging into their own coverage, just reach out and we'll adjust your membership accordingly.

  • Business memberships follow the same monthly structure as personal memberships, with pricing based on the employee plus any spouse or children added, but the one-time enrollment fee is waived for every employee enrolled through a business membership, and employers can offer it as a benefit without navigating a traditional insurance plan.

  • You're welcome to cancel a month-to-month membership at any time. If you chose a prepaid 6-month or 1-year plan for the discount, that portion is non-refundable, so we always recommend starting month-to-month if you're not yet sure it's the right fit long term.
